Scranton's own Captain We're Sinking has a new album on its way entitled The King of No Man. Although still relatively new, Captain We're Sinking has developed a strong follow thanks to their two previous full-length releases The Future Is Canceled and The Animals Are Out. With aggressive rifts and brutally honestly lyrics, this band has shown they are a force to be reckoned with

The band has released two singles from their highly anticipated album on Run For Cover Records. "Water," manages to be catchy and interesting. However, this song lacks the punch of the other single off the album, "Trying Year." "Trying Year" has that pull at your heart strings and sing along as loud as you can vibe. The lyrics are simplistic, yet cutting. I believe this single marks the potential this new album has to be Captain We're Sinking's greatest work yet.

The King of No Man makes its debut on Run For Cover Records on June 23rd. Make sure to check it out!
